As we celebrate the joy, peace, and togetherness of the festive season, the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs extends warm greetings to the people of Saint Lucia. This festive period also provides an opportunity to express sincere appreciation to the public for your continued trust and partnership, and to acknowledge the ongoing access to Primary Health Care services provided throughout 2025 to communities across the island.
The Ministry wishes to inform the public that Primary Health Care Facilities across Saint Lucia will operate on an adjusted schedule during the holiday period:

For Emergency Services:
The Betty Wells Urban Polyclinic, Gros Islet Polyclinic, Dennery Hospital, and Soufriere Hospital will continue to operate as normal for urgent and emergency medical care.
Opening hours are as follows:
- The Gros Islet Polyclinic, Betty Wells Urban Polyclinic and Dennery Hospital will open daily until midnight
- The Soufriere Hospital, 24 hours
We kindly advise the public to plan ahead for prescription refills and routine services and to access emergency services when necessary.
