The Regional Integration Unit in collaboration with the Saint Lucia Athletics Association invites the public to a Caribbean Connection Fun Walk and Health Fair, under the theme "Moving Together: One Step, One Community, One Caribbean."

This exciting event will take place on Sunday, September 29, and is a chance to improve health, strengthen community bonds, and demonstrate collective commitment to unity and well-being.

The event will culminate in a health fair at the Castries Waterfront, featuring free health screenings, including blood pressure checks, BMI assessments, consultations with health professionals, nutrition advice, fitness tips, and mental health resources to support overall well-being.

Participants are encouraged to wear CARICOM and OECS colors (blue, gold, green, white and black) to celebrate regional pride and unity. Let’s walk together for a healthier, stronger Caribbean! Your participation makes all the difference.
